ベンチプレスが95kgで停滞してしまったので、メンタルアップの為に購入しました。このかっこいいプレートを付けたいので頑張って95kgにこのプレート2. 5kgが二枚の5kgを追加して100kgにして頑張りました。メンタルアップのおかげで直ぐに100kg毎日上げれるようになりました。毎日使わせて貰ってます。すごく映えます。
