ROGUE KG Competition Plate (IWF Certified)

Rogue's KG Competition Plates are approved by the International Weightlifting Federation as competition plates and feature gloss, matte and gloss color finishes with raised lettering and an engraved IWF logo.

Available to order in pairs or combo sets, KG Comp Plates (see ordering menu for options) are all standard 450MM diameter with chrome plated steel disc inserts and 50.4MM collar openings for a firm and stable hold. Each bumper has a weight tolerance of ±15 grams and an average durometer of 94 to minimize bounce on drops.
