The Rogue Echo Bike combines heavy-duty steel, precision engineering and convenient customization to create a stronger, more durable fun bike.
Weighing in at 123 lbs, version 3.0 of the Echo Bike offers the same rock-solid base and convenient portability as its predecessor, but with some design upgrades, including an improved LCD console that tracks intervals, distance, calories burned, heart rate and more, as well as adding Bluetooth/ANT+ compatibility, allowing users to connect with a variety of cycling apps for even more performance feedback.
The quiet belt-driven steel fan blades provide a smooth, consistent ride, and the repositionable seat adjustment knob allows for quick changes for each player without snagging or interference. A customized Version 3.0 wind guard is also available as an option, updated with a more streamlined, low-profile design.
The Echo Bike's connected console is designed to connect with devices and apps to expand the possibilities for enhancing your training, especially with the ability to receive heart rate input from chest straps, wrist straps or other devices that transmit signals using ANT+ or BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy).

1. Maximum Stability & Smooth RideWeighing in at 123LBS, the patented Echo Bike 3.0 is not a wobbly exercise bike. Its reinforced steel construction is sturdy and balanced, absorbing any jolts or bumps even during maximum bursts of power. For added stability, there are rubber leveling feet under each base tube. These feet conform to the floor surface and keep the bike level even on uneven surfaces.
2. LCD Console - Bluetooth/Ant+ Compatible The onboard LCD console is 5" wide x 8" tall (12.7cm x 20.32cm) and features a crisp, high-contrast display. You can select or create a wide range of modes, including intervals (20/10, 10/20, or custom work/rest intervals), targets (select your target time, distance, or calories and the console will count down based on your selection), and heart rate tracking (requires a heart rate transmitter to transmit data, please note this is not included). The console runs on 4 included AA batteries and is Bluetooth/ANT+ compatible so you can connect to your favorite cycling apps. NOTE: This updated console comes standard on V3.0 bikes and can be purchased to upgrade earlier V2.0 bike models.
3. High-quality design The Echo Bike is constructed from durable steel tubing (2" x 3", 1.25" x 3", 1.625" x 3.125") and finished in a textured black powder coat. The adjustable padded seat has 8 height settings and 5 fore-aft adjustment, and the 1.5" diameter rubber grip handles are welded directly to the bike's arms for added strength. It is equipped with steel step plates, 4.5" (11.43cm) long knurled rotating foot pegs, and metal pedals. The fan is a belt-driven precision steel blade. As an update for version 3.0, the seat adjustment knob has been moved to the back of the seat post to prevent it from catching on loose clothing when getting on and off.

5. Easy to assemble and move Setting up the Echo Bike requires some assembly, but all the necessary tools and black hardware are included as standard, along with easy step-by-step instructions. The fully assembled bike is a beast, but it also features 1-inch polyurethane wheels on the front, so you can move it around the gym or store it out of the way.

Regarding seat setup : Adjust the seat so that your knees are slightly bent when you press your toes all the way down on the pedal. A good rough guide is where your waist is when you stand next to it.
- When the front/rear position handle is in the center (where the left and right are in the same position), set it in a position where your elbows are slightly bent.

Echo Bike Smartphone Holder - A plastic mount that screws onto the mast of your bike. The holder's interior dimensions are 3.5" wide by 6.125" tall, with both north and south ends open for taller phones.
Echo Bike Drink Holder - Fits a variety of bottles currently offered by Rogue: BlenderBottle, Camelback Podium Bottle, and most standard 16.9 oz water bottles (Does not fit YETI bottles or Nalgene bottles over 32 oz). Hardware for mounting the cage is already installed on your bike for easy and convenient installation.

Shipping Terms
The driver will deliver the product alone. As the driver cannot unload the product by himself, the recipient will need to cooperate with the driver to unload the product. (Product weight: 66kg, Package size: Width 144cm x Depth 40.5cm x Height 92cm).
Delivery will be at the truck parking area. Seino Transportation delivery staff cannot carry or set up inside the building. Since it is difficult for one person to carry the item into the building, please have multiple people receive the item whenever possible.
If the delivery address is in an area where Seino Transportation cannot deliver, or is located at the back of an alley where a 4-ton truck cannot enter, the item will be handed over to the nearest Seino Transportation office.
Delivery date and time specification
Personal residence : No date and time can be specified. If you contact the nearest Seino Transportation office after the product is shipped and arrange a meeting, we can adjust the date to some extent.
-Meeting method: After the product has been shipped, please contact the nearest Seino Transportation office by phone and provide the inquiry number and the date and time you can receive it. The delivery store can be confirmed using the confirmation URL that will be sent to you via email when the product is shipped.
We have also asked Seino Transportation to contact the recipient by phone before delivery, but the sooner the recipient contacts us the easier it will be to arrange the desired date and time.
After placing your order, if you specify a convenient delivery date, we will ship the product a few days before that date so that it can be delivered at the specified date and time.
Corporations/Stores : You can only specify the date of delivery; you cannot specify the desired delivery time.
