The main frame is made of steel pipes with an outer diameter of 75 mm x 75 mm and a thickness of 3 mm, and is combined with large bolts with a diameter of 20 mm to achieve extremely high durability and rigidity equivalent to North American commercial grade products. The laser-cut holes, finely engraved into the base and the sides of the support posts, maximize the freedom of expansion through attachments, allowing each user to customize it to suit their individual environment and purpose. The support parts are finished with a durable powder coating and are available in three colors: black, gloss red, and camo. You can also choose supports made of stainless steel, which has become increasingly popular in North America in recent years. While providing the same functionality, rationality, design, and expandability as North American-made racks, we have manufactured them with specifications and sizes that make them easy to install in Japanese buildings (210cm tall) and easy to use for Japanese people.

[Shipping size and packaging weight] MBC's original racks divide boxes into as small pieces as possible for transportation into condominiums and apartments. For a 210cm rack, the largest box with the support poles stored is 205cm x 30cm x 9cm, and for a 180cm rack, the largest box with the support poles stored is 175cm x 30cm x 9cm. It is not normal for a product to not fit into an elevator or pass through a door when delivered. The heaviest box weighs approximately 30kg.

*For private homes For deliveries of large free weight equipment to private residences, it is not possible to specify a delivery date and time as the delivery company, Seino Transportation (Kangaroo Delivery), does not currently accept requests for specific delivery dates and times to private residences. Therefore, the item will be shipped without a specified date and time, but the delivery date and time can be adjusted to some extent by contacting the nearest Seino Transportation office after the item has been shipped and making arrangements. When delivering free weights to private homes, if the recipient is not at home and a second delivery is required, this places a heavy burden on the delivery staff.
