Bench prop that can be installed on MBC original rack
This is an attachment for fixing the MBC Competition Flat Bench to the MBC original rack. You can choose from the following two types depending on your purpose:

• Comes with foot support : Ideal for serious competitive practice.
• No foot support : A simple type designed only to secure the bench.

• It can also be installed on the base of a half rack or power rack.

About the installation location <br>The bench prop can be attached to the base on the front or rear of the rack. The fixed position of the bench changes depending on the installation location, so please adjust it according to the purpose of use.

• Front installation : Fixed near the center of the bench frame (for general training).
• Rear Mounting : Secures the end of the bench frame (recommended when using the Deadlift Quiet Attachment or Leg Drive).
