Product Description

This gun rack-type barbell storage was developed and manufactured by Torii Denzai, a company specializing in resin processing.
This type is installed on a support and can store three barbells horizontally, and is also compatible with bars with a diameter of 50 mm.
This product is machined with high precision from high-strength POM resin, making it highly durable and eliminating the need to worry about damaging the knurling or coating on the barbell.

Designed exclusively for MBC original racks (75mm diameter, 20mm bolt holes, 30mm hole spacing frame).

Installation Method

• Tools: Prepare a 30mm wrench or adjustable spanner.
• Installation :
  • Secure to the rack posts with the included bolts.
  • Install the flat washers and spring washers in the specified order.
  • Tighten the bolt until the spring washer is flat. Be careful not to overtighten (this is a plastic product).
• Final check : After installation, make sure there is no looseness or rattling.
