[Notes on using MBC Online Personal]

【Cancellation policy】
 
・If you cancel after applying for and paying for an online personal training session, we will refund your money if the service has not yet been provided. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns after the service has been provided, but in cases where you cancel midway with the consent of your trainer, we may provide a refund depending on the situation.
*However, if you cancel a service (plan) that requires program creation, full refunds will only be available up to one week before the program start date.
*If you cancel within one week of the program start date , you will be charged half the program (service) fee as a program creation fee.
The created program will be sent to you.

-Due to the nature of the product, returns and refunds for download programs are not possible.

Please note that we may cancel your contract plan if any of the following conditions apply to you.

・Unable to contact for more than a week without prior notice

- Intentionally not carrying out the proposed program

・Excessive requests for services not included in the plan

- Any other reason that makes it difficult to continue online personal training


 
 
[About injuries during training]
 
*The final decision to apply for and complete the program rests with the client. The intensity of the program should be adjusted at your own discretion, paying close attention to your physical condition on the day.
As trainers will not be present on-site, we cannot take any responsibility for ongoing injuries.

[ONLINE STRENGTH SUPPORT TERMS]
 
◆ Since the service is purchased, we cannot have you on our team as staff.
◆ We cannot take any responsibility regarding the team's victory or defeat.
◆ The decision to carry out the training plan and program rests with the team or the individual athlete. Weight selection, etc. should be done at your own discretion, while referring to the program.
◆ Specialized areas such as rehabilitation are not covered.
◆ Program creation will be limited to those intended for the entire team.
◆ In principle, refunds cannot be made after support has started. If you wish to end support, please cancel your subscription before the deadline.
 
[Mentorship Terms]
 
・If you cancel after applying for and paying for mentorship, we will refund your money if the service has not yet been provided. Due to the nature of the product, returns are not possible after the service has been provided, but in cases where the mentor and mentor have agreed to cancel midway through the service, we may provide a refund depending on the situation.

・Due to the nature of the product, returns and refunds for instructional videos are not possible.

Please note that we may cancel the contract if any of the following conditions apply.

・Unable to contact for more than a week without prior notice

Excessive requests for services that are not part of the mentorship

・If you wish to cancel or withdraw from a service (program), please contact a trainer or our staff.
- Please note that for regular purchases, if payment is not confirmed by the next renewal date, bonus points will be awarded or cancelled.
・Please note that if you fail to pay for your subscription even after the renewal date, which is deemed to be malicious, we may force terminate the program and delete all bonus points that have been awarded to you through Online Personal.
