About MBC original products

About MBC original products
I (Manager Kamino) have been using popular North American products, including racks from ROGUE FITNESS, at MBC Gym for several years.
North American-made free weight equipment, including ROGUE products, are characterized by their excellent durability, ease of use, high level of perfection, and expandability, and are used as a benchmark by free weight equipment manufacturers around the world.
While the MBC original rack is based on North American-made free weight equipment, we have improved areas that we felt could be improved after detailed research and have also manufactured it with specifications and sizes that are easy for Japanese people to use.
We are not just making cheap alternatives to North American products, but rather we are working with the manufacturers to consider every detail, and we are developing and manufacturing our products with a focus on ease of use and durability, even in the smallest details, to ensure that our products are the best and most definitive free weight equipment for Japanese people.
As of May 2022, the MBC original rack, which is the core of the lineup, is the only product planned and sold by a domestic company that "offers the same level of expandability and customizability as products from European and American manufacturers."
We aim to be able to provide the best fully customized racks to anyone at any time, and will continue to strengthen our lineup and increase our stock for immediate delivery.
FAQ

Q: Is it possible to specify a delivery date and time?

A,
*For private homes
For deliveries of large free weight equipment to private residences, it is not possible to specify a delivery date and time as the delivery company, Seino Transportation (Kangaroo Delivery), does not currently accept requests for specific delivery dates and times to private residences.
Therefore, the item will be shipped without a specified date and time, but the delivery date and time can be adjusted to some extent by contacting the nearest Seino Transportation office after the item has been shipped and making arrangements.
When delivering free weights to private homes, if the recipient is not at home and a second delivery is required, this places a heavy burden on the delivery staff. Therefore, if you are often not at home, we ask that you make arrangements to receive the item beforehand if possible.
・Meeting method
After the product has been shipped, please contact the nearest Seino Transportation office by phone and provide the inquiry number and the date and time that you can receive the product.
The delivery store can be confirmed using the confirmation URL that will be sent to you via email when the product is shipped.
We have also asked Seino Transportation to contact the recipient by phone before delivery, but the sooner the recipient contacts us the easier it will be to arrange the desired date and time.
After placing your order, if you specify a convenient delivery date, we will ship the product a few days before that date so that it can be delivered at the specified date and time.
*For stores and corporations
You can only specify the date of delivery; you cannot specify the desired delivery time.
*Seino Transportation Office stop
When placing an order, please enter the address and name of your nearest Seino Transportation office in the designated field on the delivery address input page.
The storage period at the branch office is 10 days from the date of arrival.
Q: What is the delivery method?

A: The MBC original rack will be delivered by Seino Transportation.
Delivery will be to your doorstep. Please note that Seino Transportation delivery staff cannot carry or set up the product inside the building.
In cases where the apartment building does not have an elevator or the equipment will not fit in the elevator, the item will be delivered to the first floor entrance.
Also, if the delivery address is in an area where Seino Transportation cannot deliver, or is located at the back of an alley where a 4-ton truck cannot enter, the item will be handed over to the nearest Seino Transportation office. Please be aware of this in advance.
If you purchase plates or other products at the same time, they may be delivered separately from the rack by Yamato Transport, Japan Post, or Sagawa Express.

Q: Are there corporate or wholesale prices?
A: There are no corporate or wholesale prices. The price on the online shop is the price for all customers.
For inquiries regarding discounts for bulk orders, please contact us using the inquiry form.

Q: Why does the standard safety on the Standard 210cm Power Rack use a strap?
A.We offer three types of power rack safety features:
・Flip-down type
・Strap type
・Pin and pipe type
ROGUE also has similar products which we use at MBC Gym, but I feel that the strap-type is the easiest to use and adjust, offering many advantages .
MBC's original power rack comes standard with the strap type, which is the easiest to use, with the pin and pipe type and flip-down type available as options .
Q: Can I bench press using a squat stand?
A: Yes, you can use the squat stand for bench presses without any problems. The safety arm can be lowered to a fairly low position of 51cm so it can also be used for bench presses.

Q: The MBC original half rack type 1 has a depth of 148 cm. Does it take up more space than the ROGUE half rack (depth 128 cm)?
A. The depth of the MBC original half rack type 1 is greater than that of the ROGUE half rack because of the extended shape of the back base (foundation), which is circled in red in the photo below.
Even with the ROGUE half rack, this area must be separated from the wall in order to use plate storage, so if you are using plate storage, there is no difference in the amount of space occupied between the MBC original half rack and the ROGUE half rack.
In addition, by extending the base, the MBC original half rack has a more stable shape.
Q: If I attach plate storage to the bottom of the squat stand's pole (or the center pole of the half rack), can I use the safety?
A: Even if you attach plate storage to the bottom of the squat stand's support (or the center support of the half rack), if it is a bolt-on type stainless steel plate storage as shown in the image below, it will have almost no interference with the safety.
*However, the safety needs to be attached from the inside of the post. Also, the height will change from 51cm to 54cm when the safety is lowered to the lowest position.
Please note that if the adjustable plate storage is installed in this position, it will interfere with the safety due to its shape and will not be able to be set in a lower position.

Q: If I attach plate storage to the bottom of the squat stand's pole (or the front pole of the half rack), will it interfere with bench presses?
A: When you perform bench press with plate storage attached to the bottom of the squat stand's poles (or the front poles of a half rack), the distance between the plates attached to the barbell and the plates in the storage will be quite close, as shown in the image below .
When bench pressing, you will need to either move the plates in the plate storage slightly so that they do not come into contact with each other, or remove them.

Q: Can the plate storage be attached vertically (facing upwards) to the base of the rack?
A: There are no vertical bolt holes in the base of the rack, so the stainless steel plate storage cannot be attached vertically.
The adjustable plate storage can be attached vertically to the base.
Q: Is it compatible with ROGUE rack accessory parts?
A: Basically, there is no compatibility.

MBC original rack
Pole diameter 75mm
Bolt diameter 20mm

ROGUE's Monster Light series
Pole diameter 3 inches (76.2 mm)
Bolt diameter 5/8 inch (15.875mm)

It is made to the following specifications.

Since the MBC original rack has slightly thinner posts and larger bolt holes, in most cases the accessory parts for the ROGUE Monster Light series can be attached to the MBC original rack , but they may not fit perfectly and there is a possibility that there may be serious safety issues.
Q: Is it okay to attach band pegs to the base and do band training?
A: Band pegs cannot be used on racks that are not anchored to the floor.
If you use a rack that is not anchored to the floor and attach band pegs to the base to perform band training, the tension of the bands may cause the rack to float up and tip over, which could lead to a serious accident.
When using band pegs attached to the frame of the ceiling of the power rack for band training, the risk of the rack falling over is reduced, but if you use strong bands, there is a possibility that the rack may become unbalanced, so 100% safety cannot be guaranteed.
When performing band training, be sure to anchor the band to the floor for safety.

Q: Is it okay to install a squat stand in a wooden house? Will the floor collapse?
A: Please check with a specialist such as a home builder or real estate agent.
The squat stand itself weighs around 80kg-90kg, and if you add an Olympic shaft, bench, and plates weighing around 100kg-150kg, the total weight will be around 200kg-300kg.
The floors of a typical wooden house are designed to withstand a load of about 180 kg per square meter.
・Differences between properties
- Deterioration of building materials over time, corrosion, and termite damage
- Joist position, thickness and spacing
・Floor material
- Center and edges of the room
The load capacity will vary greatly depending on factors such as these.
The load-bearing capacity of floors in wooden houses varies greatly from property to property, and I only have limited knowledge based on what I have researched online, so I am unable to answer questions such as whether or not installation is possible.
If you are unsure about the load-bearing capacity of your floor, be sure to consult a professional such as a construction contractor or real estate agent .

Q: Are there any restrictions on door size when bringing the MBC original rack into a room?
A: The rack will be delivered disassembled and packed in a cardboard box.
For the above three items, the "Half Rack Standard 210cm," " Squat Stand Standard 210cm," and " Power Rack Standard 210cm," the largest box with the supports stored inside measures 205cm x 30cm x 9cm. Please be aware that it will be difficult to install in a space where a box of this size cannot be brought in.
The largest box for the "Squat Stand Standard 180cm " is 175cm x 30cm x 9cm.
Furthermore, MBC's original racks are divided into boxes as small as possible with delivery to condominiums and apartments in mind, with the heaviest box weighing in at around 30 kg.

Q: Can I do chin-ups with a barbell hanging in the upper barbell storage?
A: The upper barbell storage option is manufactured by a specialist company in Japan using precision machining from a block of high-strength resin, making it strong and durable enough to handle chin-ups without any problems. However, it does not have a mechanism to secure the barbell, and as it is made of resin, its strength may decrease with years of use or due to impact.
In order to prevent any accidents, we do not recommend serious chin-up training using the upper barbell storage .
In particular, do not perform pull-ups with force as this can lead to the barbell falling off and causing a serious accident.
Even if you are using it for hanging, etc., please make sure to check before use that the attachment parts are not loose and that the resin is not damaged or cracked.
Q: What is the load capacity of each part of the rack and its options?
A: The manufacturer has tested the load-bearing capacity of MBC original racks at the weights listed below. These are not destructive test values, so the actual load-bearing capacity is greater than these values.

Sandwich J-Cup tested at 700kg+
Safety arm tested at 1000kg+
Strap safety : Tested at 1000kg+ (prototype value; the production version will have straps twice as thick).
Pin & Pipe Safety Tested to 500kg+
Flip-down safety for racks with 62.5cm spacing between posts Tested for 700kg +
Flip-down safety for 77.5cm racks Tested at 600kg+
Stainless Steel Plate Storage Tested for 200kg+
Adjustable Plate Storage Tested at 200kg+
Pull-up bar tested at 300kg+
Dips handle tested at 300kg+

Q: If I do not use bolts to attach vertically to the base frame, will there be any safety issues or will the load capacity be reduced?
A: Even without using vertical bolts, the rigidity is very high and the possibility of safety issues is extremely low, but tightening the vertical bolts will increase the rigidity and strength even further .

Compared to the professional-grade ROGUE Monster Light series, MBC's original racks are larger and thicker than the original, with the posts secured on both sides by larger triangular plates and thicker bolts, and the base is made of 75mm square steel, just like the posts.
Even if the vertical bolt is removed, the likelihood of a safety issue occurring during normal use is extremely low, and the rigidity is sufficiently high.
(ROGUE racks have almost the same structure but do not have vertical bolts, but this does not affect their strength at all.)
In addition, by tightening the vertical bolts, the rigidity and strength are increased, giving it greater stability, allowing you to safely perform high-weight training even on racks that are not square like a squat stand.

Q: What ceiling height is required to use the pole-mounted barbell storage rack option?
A: When the pole-mounted barbell storage is installed at the lowest position, it is 48cm high from the floor to the top of the storage.
If you are taking out or putting in a 220cm long barbell (20kg general Olympic shaft), the ceiling height needs to be at least 270cm.
If you are taking out or putting away a 190cm long barbell (GYMWAY Short Sleeve Power Bar, GYMWAY Rack Mount Curl Bar, etc.), the ceiling height must be at least 240cm.

Q: When assembling a rack, is there an appropriate value for the bolt tightening torque?
A: There is no torque specification for tightening the bolts. It is fine if you tighten them firmly using a manual tool such as a wrench or spanner.
When tightening the bolts, tightening them too much may cause deformation of the frame. Please be careful not to tighten the bolts so much that it deforms the frame. (When tightening the bolts and nuts that directly attach to the frame, only tighten them to the extent that the frame bends 1-2 mm. If it bends only slightly, loosen the bolts and the elasticity of the metal will allow it to return to its original shape.)
Please be careful not to tighten the bolts attached to the top end of the support pillars too much, especially in the red circled area in the image below, as this may cause the end of the support pillar to deform. MBC original racks use anti-loosening nuts, so there is no need to tighten the bolts with enough force to deform the support pillars.
The bolts may loosen slightly as the rack is used, so we recommend that you inspect all bolts and retighten them about once a year.

Q: The strap safety has some slack, but can it be used for bench pressing in a power rack? (Can it be set to the maximum height of the J-cup?)
A: When using the strap safety for bench presses, adjust the foot end higher to reduce slack and so that the lowest point of the slack is around your chest, which will allow you to adjust it to a height close to that of a J-cup.
Most people can bench press safely using this method without any issues.
However, if your bench press lift distance is extremely short, it may be difficult to perform bench press safely using the strap safety.
In that case, you will need to install an additional safety device such as a pin and pipe safety that can be adjusted to the maximum height of the J-cup .
Q: When I attached the J-Cup or safety arm to the support, there was a gap of several millimeters. Is this a defective product?
A: The J-cups and safeties on MBC's original racks have a gap of a few millimeters to make them easier to put on and take off.
There are slight individual differences, but there are gaps as shown in the photo below.
When simply attached to the rack, there are some that have gaps all over, as shown on the right side of the photo, and some that are tightly fitted at the bottom, as shown on the left side of the photo, leaving a large gap at the top. However, when a barbell is hung, there will be a gap of a few millimeters at the top, just like when the rack is attached.
This is because if accessories like J-cups or safeties were to completely eliminate any gaps, it would become difficult to put on and take off, and even the slightest manufacturing error could make it impossible to put on or take off.
For reference, the ROGUE Monster Light series safeties and J-cups have gaps that are roughly the same as those of the MBC original rack, as shown in the photo below.
In addition, GHOST's roller J-cups, which have extremely small gaps, are very difficult to put on and take off, and depending on the compatibility with the rack, women may not be able to put them on or take them off.
MRSSA06
A gap of a few millimeters is a specification, and slight individual differences and differences between the left and right sides are unavoidable during manufacturing, so it is not possible to exchange the J-cup or safety due to slight gaps or differences in the order of millimeters.
If there are extremely large gaps or if it is difficult to put on or take off, it may be a defective or non-standard product, so please contact us by email. We will check and if it is found to be defective or non-standard, we will replace it or take other appropriate action.
Furthermore, the J-cups and safety gaps on MBC original racks are designed so that customers can easily adjust them themselves. Please refer to the "How to adjust the gap and fit when attaching the J-cups and safety arms to the posts" below for adjustment instructions.
How to adjust the gap and fit when attaching the J-Cup Safety Arm to the support
The J-cups and safety arms of MBC's original racks can be adjusted to fit in or out of gaps by placing double-sided tape inside the resin used to protect the posts (see the photo below), or by scraping the resin with waterproof sandpaper to make it slightly thinner.

The resin used to protect the posts can be attached and removed using a 4mm hex wrench.

If you want to reduce the gap and get a tighter fit, adjust it by applying thicker double-sided tape to the back of the support protection resin.

If you want to make the gap larger and the fit looser, remove the protective resin for the post and sand the backside with water-resistant paper of about 100 grit. Thinning the resin will make the gap wider.

Q: Please tell me how to maintain the rack.
A: The rack frame is coated with a thick, durable powder coating.
When cleaning, wipe off any dirt on the surface with a dry cloth or a wrung-out soft cloth.
If the stain does not come off, remove the surface dirt with a soft cloth soaked in neutral detergent, wipe with water, and finally wipe dry.
After that, applying lubricating oil will be effective in preventing rust and maintaining the condition.
If the paint has peeled off and rust has formed, rub the rust off with a non-woven abrasive pad (available at Daiso etc.) and then apply lubricating oil.
Applying lubricant to the bolts of the rack will also help prevent rust.

Q: Are there plans to sell options such as trolleys and lever arms?
A: There is an issue with the lever arm of the rack option in that it is dangerous if the rack is not bolted to the floor. If it is installed on the outside of the flat foot racks that we mainly sell, there is a risk of an accident.
For this reason, in Europe and the US, lever arms are always sold for racks that can be bolted to the floor, and are not sold in combination with small flat-foot racks where there is a possibility of an accident. (Unfortunately, in Japan, there are many products that do not take such a possibility into consideration.)
We have had several meetings with engineers from the manufacturer, but we have found that the possibility of an accident cannot be eliminated with the normal size, and if we shorten it to a level where the possibility of an accident can be ignored, it would not be practical, so development has been temporarily halted.

About installation and assembly

Is it okay to install a squat stand in a wooden house? Will the floor collapse?

Please check with a professional such as a home builder or real estate agent. The weight of the squat stand is about 80kg-90kg, and if you add an Olympic shaft, bench, and plate weighing about 100kg-150kg, the total weight will be about 200kg-300kg.

The floors of a typical wooden house are designed to withstand a load of about 180 kg per square meter.

- Differences between properties - Age-related deterioration of building materials, corrosion, and termite damage - Position, thickness, and spacing of joists

- The load-bearing capacity seems to vary greatly depending on factors such as the material of the floorboards and whether it is in the center or at the edge of the room. The load-bearing capacity of floors in wooden houses varies greatly from property to property, and I only have knowledge of it from researching online, so I cannot answer questions about whether it is possible to install it.

If you are unsure about the load-bearing capacity of your floor, be sure to consult a professional such as a construction contractor or real estate agent.

Are there any restrictions on door size when bringing the MBC original rack into a room?

The rack will be delivered disassembled and packed in a cardboard box.

For the above three items, "Half Rack Standard 210cm," "Squat Stand Standard 210cm," and "Power Rack Standard 210cm," the largest box with the supports stored inside measures 205cm x 30cm x 9cm. Please be aware that it will be difficult to install in a space where a box of this size cannot be brought in.

The largest box of the "Squat Stand Standard 180cm" is 175cm x 30cm x 9cm.

Furthermore, MBC's original racks are divided into boxes as small as possible with delivery to condominiums and apartments in mind, with the heaviest box weighing in at around 30 kg.

If I do not use bolts that attach vertically to the base frame, will there be any safety issues or reduced load capacity?

Even without using vertical bolts, the rigidity is very high and the possibility of safety issues is extremely low, but fastening the vertical bolts will increase rigidity and strength even further.

The MBC original rack is larger and thicker than the professional-level ROGUE Monster Light series, and the posts are fixed from both sides with thicker bolts, and the base is also made of 75mm square steel, just like the posts. Even if the vertical bolts are removed, there is very little chance of a safety issue with normal use, and the rigidity is sufficiently high. (The ROGUE rack has almost the same structure but does not have vertical bolts, but there is no problem with strength.) In addition, by tightening the vertical bolts, the rigidity and strength are increased and the sense of stability is increased, so you can safely perform high-weight training even with a rack that is not square like a squat stand.

What ceiling height is required to use the pole mounted barbell storage rack option?

When the pole-mounted barbell storage is installed in the lowest position, the height from the floor to the top of the storage is 48cm. When taking out and putting in a 220cm long barbell (20kg Olympic shaft in general), the ceiling height needs to be 270cm or more. When taking out and putting in a 190cm long barbell (GYMWAY Short Sleeve Power Bar, GYMWAY Rack Mount Curl Bar, etc.), the ceiling height needs to be 240cm or more.

When assembling a rack, is there an appropriate value for the bolt tightening torque?

There is no torque specification for tightening the bolts, so it is fine if you tighten them firmly using a manual tool such as a wrench or spanner.

When tightening the bolts, if you tighten them too much, it may cause the frame to deform. Be careful not to tighten the bolts so much that it deforms the frame. (When tightening the bolts and nuts that are directly attached to the frame, only tighten them to the extent that the frame bends 1-2 mm. If it bends a little, loosen the bolts and the metal's elasticity will allow it to return to its original shape.) Be careful, especially with the bolts attached to the top end of the support posts, as tightening them too much may cause the end of the support post to deform. MBC original racks use anti-loosening nuts, so there is no need to tighten the bolts with enough force to deform the support posts.

The bolts may loosen slightly as the rack is used, so we recommend that you inspect all bolts and retighten them about once a year.

How do I maintain the rack?

The rack frame is coated with a thick and durable powder coating. When cleaning, wipe off any dirt on the surface with a dry cloth or a wrung-out soft cloth. If the dirt does not come off, remove the dirt on the surface with a soft cloth soaked in a neutral detergent, wipe with water, and finally wipe with a dry cloth. After that, applying lubricant is effective in preventing rust and maintaining the condition. If the paint peels off and rust appears, rub the rusted area with a non-woven polishing pad sold at Daiso, etc., to remove it, and apply lubricant. Applying lubricant to the bolts of the rack will also prevent rust.

Specifications

Is it possible to convert it to another rack later?

MBC racks are designed to be convertible into other racks. Please refer to the MBC original rack conversion parts product page for the parts required for conversion.

Why does the Standard 210cm Power Rack come with a strap-type safety as standard?

We offer three types of power rack safety:

・Flip-down type

・Strap type

・Pin and pipe type

ROGUE also has similar products and we use them at MBC gyms, but we feel that the strap type is the easiest to use and adjust, and has many advantages. For the MBC original power rack, we have made the strap type, which is the easiest to use, standard, and the pin and pipe type and flip down type are available as options.

Can you bench press using a squat stand?

Yes, you can use the squat stand for bench pressing without any problems. The safety arm can be lowered to a fairly low position of 51cm so it can also be used for bench pressing.

Can the plate storage be attached vertically (facing upwards) to the base of the rack?

The rack base does not have vertical bolt holes, so the stainless steel plate storage cannot be attached vertically. The adjustable plate storage can be attached vertically to the base.

Is it okay to attach band pegs to the base and do band training?

Band pegs cannot be used on racks that are not anchored to the floor. If you attach band pegs to the base of a rack that is not anchored to the floor and perform band training, the rack may float up depending on the tension of the band, leading to a serious accident such as a fall. When performing band training with band pegs attached to the frame of the ceiling of the power rack, the risk of the rack falling over is reduced, but if a strong band is used, the possibility of losing the balance of the rack cannot be denied, so 100% safety cannot be guaranteed. When performing band training, please anchor it to the floor for safety.

Can I do chin-ups with a barbell hung in the upper barbell storage?

The upper barbell storage option is manufactured by a specialist company in Japan using precision machining from a block of high-strength resin, making it strong and durable enough to handle chin-ups without any problems. However, as it does not have a mechanism for securing the barbell, and is made of resin, its strength may decrease with years of use or due to impacts.

In order to prevent any accidents, we do not recommend full-scale chin-up training using the upper barbell storage. In particular, do not do pull-ups with force, as this may lead to a serious accident if the barbell falls off. Even if you use it for hanging, please check before use to make sure that the attachment parts are not loose and that the resin is not damaged or cracked.

What is the load capacity of each part of the rack and its options?

The manufacturer has tested the MBC original rack for load capacity at the weights listed below. These are not destructive test values, so the actual load capacity is greater than these values.

  • Sandwich J-Cup tested at 700kg+
  • Safety arm tested at 1000kg+
  • Strap safety: Tested at 1000kg+ (prototype value; the production version will have straps twice as thick).
  • Pin & Pipe Safety Tested to 500kg+
  • Flip-down safety for 62.5cm racks Tested for 700kg+
  • Flip-down safety for 77.5cm racks Tested at 600kg+
  • Stainless Steel Plate Storage Tested to 200kg+Adjustable Plate Storage Tested to 200kg+
  • Pull-up bar tested at 300kg+
  • Dips handle tested at 300kg+
The strap safety has some slack, but can it be used for bench pressing in a power rack? (Can it be set to the height that is just above the J-cup?)

When using the strap safety for bench pressing, adjust the foot side higher to reduce slack, and adjust so that the lowest point of the slack is around the chest, allowing you to adjust it to a height close to the J-cup. Most people can bench press safely using this method without any problems. However, if your bench press lift distance is extremely short, it may be difficult to bench press safely with the strap safety. In that case, you will need to install an additional safety such as a pin and pipe safety that can be adjusted to the very limit of the J-cup height.

When I attached the J-Cup or safety arm to the support, there was a gap of several millimeters. Is this a defective product?

The J-cups and safety of the MBC original rack have a gap of a few millimeters to make them easier to put on and take off. There are some individual differences, but there is a gap.

This is because if accessories like J-cups or safeties were to completely eliminate any gaps, it would become difficult to put on and take off, and even the slightest manufacturing error could make it impossible to put on or take off.

A gap of a few millimeters is a specification, and slight individual differences and differences between left and right are unavoidable during manufacturing, so exchanges cannot be made for slight gaps in millimeters or differences between left and right for J-cups or safety. If there is an extremely large gap or it is difficult to clearly put on or take off, it may be a defective or non-standard product, so please contact us by email. After checking, we will respond by exchanging the product if it is defective or non-standard.

Furthermore, the J-cups and safety gaps on MBC original racks are designed so that customers can easily adjust them themselves. Please refer to the "How to adjust the gap and fit when attaching the J-cups and safety arms to the posts" below for adjustment instructions.

Are there plans to sell options like trolleys and lever arms?

The lever arm option for the rack has the problem that it is dangerous if the rack is not bolted to the floor, and there is a risk of accidents if it is installed on the outside of the flat-foot racks that we mainly sell. For this reason, in Europe and the United States, lever arms are always sold for racks that can be bolted to the floor, and are not sold in combination with small flat-foot racks that may cause accidents. (Unfortunately, there are many products in Japan that do not take such possibilities into consideration.) We have had several meetings with the manufacturer's engineers, but there is a problem that the possibility of an accident cannot be eliminated with the normal size, and if it is shortened to a level where the possibility of an accident can be ignored, it is not practical, so development has been temporarily halted.
