1. Preparation of the rack

To install the Lat Pulldown/Low Row attachment, both the 110cm top cross member (or logo plate cross member) and the 110cm bottom cross member must be installed on the rack.

Precautions when installing the 110cm bottom cross member

MBC Half Rack Standard 210cm Type 2
MBC Power Rack Standard 210cm Type 1
MBC Power Rack Standard 210cm Type 2
MBC Power Rack Standard 210cm Type 4
The above racks add a 110cm bottom cross member. When adding a 110cm bottom cross member, be sure to remove the inner triangular plate as shown in the photo below.
(For the MBC Power Rack Standard 210cm Type 3, move the included bottom cross member to the lower position of the support posts.)
2. Assembling the base, support and guide rod parts, and connecting them to the rack

1. First, connect the support to the base with bolts.
2. Next, connect the guide rod to the base. At this time, do not use tools to tighten the connection bolts, but use your fingers to tighten them firmly.
This process requires two people, one to hold the guide rod and the other to tighten the bolt to secure it.
3. Stand the base with the posts and guide rods and connect it to the rack's 110cm bottom cross member with bolts.
At this time, please check that the holes where the bolts are attached are not misaligned to the left or right and that rubber is attached to the guide rod.
3. Assembling the weight stack and foot plate
1. Attach the weights for the weight stack one by one from the top of the guide rod.
Applying oil or grease to the guide rod before attaching the weights will make it easier to install.
2. Attach the foot plate.
4. Assembling the upper unit
1. Insert the plastic sleeve into the center hole of the 110cm top cross member (or logo plate cross member) and attach the metal stay.
2. Place the upper unit on and secure it with bolts.
3. Fix the guide rod to the upper unit.
5. Cable installation
1. Attach the cables in the order of top (lat pull side) and bottom (low row side).
The short cable is for the top and the long cable is for the bottom.
First, connect the end with the bolt, then pass the cable through to the handle and secure the carabiner with the screw.
When attaching the upper cable, it is easier if one person supports the cable as shown in the photo.
When installing the upper (lat pull) cable, pass the cable through the position shown in the diagram below.
When installing the lower (low row) cable, pass the cable through the position shown in the figure below.
* Be sure to pass the cable through the correct position . If you pass the cable through the outside of the anti-drop pin by mistake, the cable coating will be damaged after a few uses.
2. The length of the cable can be adjusted with the bolt. Adjust it to a length that is appropriate and without slack, and then tighten the nut to secure it in place.
6. Connect the leg roller and you're done!
Finally, connect the leg roller and you're done.
