Or please contact us at shopmaster@mbcpower.jp and let us know the details of your quote, shipping address, postal code, name, and phone number.
Our staff will respond to you within 1-2 business days regarding the quotation and delivery date of your inquiry.

Reservations
・Delivery within one month, such as 2-3 weeks
You can select your desired delivery date up to 30 days in advance on the checkout screen.
When placing your order, please select your desired delivery date, or after completing your order, please contact us by email to let us know your desired delivery date.
We will arrange shipping according to your desired delivery time.

About pre-order items
Some out-of-stock items, made-to-order items, and back-ordered items are available for pre-order through our online shop.

For pre-order items, you can make a reservation order on the pre-order reception page .

How to make a reservation

① On the pre-order reception page, add the product you wish to reserve to your cart and proceed to the payment screen to complete your order.

② A person in charge will contact you regarding the delivery date. (If you pay by credit card, PayPay, Amazon Pay, or Rakuten Bank, we will complete the payment procedure at this point.)

③After your reservation is complete, we will contact you once the exact arrival date has been confirmed.

[Notes when reserving a product]
*Reservations are only accepted for some products. If you would like to purchase an out-of-stock item that is not available for preorder, please register for the arrival notification on the product page.

*The arrival of your reserved items may be significantly delayed due to various reasons, such as manufacturer shipping delays, changes in ship schedules, congestion or strikes at port facilities, bad weather or natural disasters, customs inspections, and more. In addition, we may not be able to prepare the items as scheduled due to manufacturer shipping errors or damage during transportation. Even if you suffer damage as a result of this, our store will not be able to compensate you.
