[Conversion] Squat Stand to Rack Conversion Guide

1. From "MBC Squat Stand Standard 210cm Base Size 135cm" to "MBC Power Rack Standard 210cm Type 1 (Pole Spacing 62.5cm Depth 135cm)"

• Required parts: 1 pair of 210cm posts
  - 62.5cm top cross member pair x 1
  ・Logo plate cross member (or 110cm top cross member) x 1
  ・Squat stand hardware kit × 1
  - M20mm x 110mm bolt assembly (set of 4) x 2

Notes:

• Safety not included. The safety arm for the squat stand cannot be used with the power rack, so please purchase the power rack safety separately.
• After conversion, the squat stand safety arm and 110cm bottom cross member will be left over parts.

2. From "MBC Squat Stand Standard 210cm Base Size 148cm" to "MBC Power Rack Standard 210cm Type 2 (Pole Spacing 77.5cm, Depth 148cm)"

• Required parts: 1 pair of 210cm posts
  ・77.5cm top cross member pair x 1
  ・Logo plate cross member (or 110cm top cross member) x 1
  ・Squat stand hardware kit × 1
  - M20mm x 110mm bolt assembly (set of 4) x 2

Notes:

• Safety not included, but safety arms for the squat stand are available for use with the Power Rack Type 2.
• After conversion, the 110cm bottom cross member will be an excess part.

3. From "MBC Squat Stand Standard 210cm Base Size 148cm" to "MBC Half Rack Standard 210cm Type 1"

• Required parts : 1 pair of 210cm posts
  ・Half rack cross member pair x 1
  - Half rack hardware kit x 1
  ・M20mm x 110mm bolt assembly (set of 4) x 1

4. From "MBC Squat Stand Standard 210cm Adjustable Bench Compatible Base Size 135cm" to "MBC Power Rack Standard 210cm Type 1 (Pole Spacing 62.5cm Depth 135cm)"

• Required parts : 1 pair of 210cm posts
  ・62.5cm top cross member x 1
  -Multi-grip cross member (or single pull-up bar, 110cm top cross member, or logo plate cross member) x 1
  ・Squat stand hardware kit × 1
  ・M20mm x 110mm bolt assembly (set of 4) x 1

• Note : Safety is not included. Please purchase a power rack safety separately.
  ・After conversion, the squat stand's safety arm will be left over.
  ・Please reduce the number of bolts on the triangular plate from 7 to 4. If you do not reduce the number, you will need to purchase additional bolts.
