Version 2.0 of the Rogue HG Collars introduces several new features, including spring in tabs for quicker release, improved rubber pads for better grip on the bar sleeve, and stainless steel hardware. The HG Collar's patented locking mechanism provides a vice-like hold even through repeated drops, and the quick tab release makes them as easy to attach and remove as traditional spring clips, while providing superior long-term performance.

Elevating your heels over an inclined wedge during squats has been shown to increase your range of motion, improve your form, and better target the quadriceps above the knee, particularly the VMO (vastus medialis intermedius), helping to stabilize and strengthen the knee joint and reducing the risk of future injury.
