The MBC Bench Attachment is an extension attachment that is compatible with MBC original benches and weight benches made by other companies. By using this product, you can do the following training:

• Leg Curl
• Leg Extension
• Arm curl (requires separate parts)
• Rowing (requires separate parts)

You can also connect it to a cable machine using the pulley system built into the frame for cable training (additional fixation is required for heavier weights).
