Crash Cushion™ is a new type of noise reducing padding developed by the makers of AbMat and branded exclusively for Rogue.

Optimized for Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting, Crash Cushion™ is a cost-effective, American-made, shock absorbing floor mat that dramatically reduces the sound and vibration caused by dropped bars and plates. It's a simple solution to noise pollution, especially for large training facilities located near other businesses and residential areas. It's also a great option for garage gym owners, allowing them to train early in the morning or late at night without waking up the family.

AbMat Crash Cushions come in pairs, measure 30" x 24" x 6" and weigh 23 lbs each. They are backed by a one-year warranty and are constructed from dense rebonded foam and durable 18oz ripstop vinyl. They also feature a reinforced carry handle made from 2" seatbelt webbing sewn into the pack for easy transport and storage.

In addition to weightlifting, gym owners can use Crash Cushion™ pads for a variety of other purposes, including beginner box jumps and step training.
