This shoe features a newly designed Fortis sole that combines the best features of two existing soles.
The ultra-thin outer sole of the Notorious Lifters is combined with the sturdy sidewalls of the Sumo Sole.
I found the perfect height for the sides of the upper to be comfortable during workouts but also to keep my feet from slipping around inside the shoe during heavy deadlifts.

1. The ultra-thin sole (2.7mm) and wide toe box enhance sensory feedback and shorten the lift distance.

2. The sole is made from a specially formulated rubber that makes the shoe lighter, more durable and more flexible without sacrificing comfort.

3. The upper material, Advanknit, is a lightweight, breathable stretch knit that conforms to your foot while providing a tight feel for just the right amount of lockdown and comfort.

4. The single nylon strap has a rubber tab at the midfoot for complete lockdown.

5. The external TPU heel counter and the internal heel counter made of soft fabric securely hold the heel in place and prevent overpronation.
